FIELD: medicine; orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises following steps: dismantable combined model is manufactured, cast is produced from expelled block-segment, refractory model is manufactured from ceramic mass having thermal expansion coefficient equal to that of porcelain mass, model thus-produced is subjected to heat treatment, porcelain mass is applied layer by layer onto model, followed by final firing. EFFECT: improved quality of removable dental prostheses; biological neutrality of prostheses increased.
