FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: this method includes such steps as manufacturing sectional plaster pattern carrying ejectable set of teeth to perfected cast, withdrawing set of teeth from pattern, applying insulating film to surface of that portion of plaster pattern where ejected set of teeth was located, making opening in pattern base, fitting pattern into cast with consideration for respective tooth imprints to provide space between pattern base and cast by removing set of teeth, filling this space with molding refractory stock via opening made in pattern base, removing pattern from cast after refractory stock has become solid, pushing resultant refractory set out of plaster pattern through opening, making wax pattern of prosthesis, again fitting refractory set of teeth into pattern, comparing working pattern carrying refractory set of teeth with auxiliary pattern in central collusion position, carrying out final modeling, and then replacing wax by metal. Above pattern is composed chiefly of plaster and solely set of teeth used as basis for making one-piece bridge prosthesis is made of refractory stock. EFFECT: greater ease of manufacture of refractory pattern.
