FIELD: treatment of fuels. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises unit for preparing water-fuel concentrate having a housing with branch pipes for supplying water and gas as well as axially alined branch pipes for supplying fuel and discharging water- fuel concentrate provided with valving units. Inside the housing is a distributing sleeve provided with ring tubular fuel distributor, ultrasonic emitter, and net deflector, mounted above the distributor between the emitter and the wall of the sleeve. The apparatus is provided with intermediate unit that is made up as a housing inside which net baffles are mounted. Between the baffles is a packing. The unit for preparing emulsion with a given dispersivity has assembled housing with detachable hemisphere and diaphragm provided with a branch pipe for discharging water-fuel concentrate with a mixer. The side of the housing is provided with a branch pipe for supplying gas that is perpendicular to the housing. Inside the housing a branch pipe of water-fuel concentrate is coaxially mounted. The branch pipe has a nozzle with a deflector made up as a reverse cone. The nozzle is an ejector the side of which has openings at the base. The unit for preparing water-fuel concentrate, intermediate unit, and unit for preparing emulsion with a given dispersivity are connected in series, autonomous, and provided with interconnecting facilities.
