FIELD: sewage water treatment. SUBSTANCE: device for electrical treatment of liquids has body provided with system for collecting and withdrawal of foam, inlet and outlet. Body accommodates sections of electrodes made of material soluble in electrolysis and located square to flow of liquid to be treated. Electrolyzer is additionally equipped with, at least, one self-contained unit with sections of electrodes made of soluble and/or insoluble material during electrolysis and, at least, three hydroseals installed at inlet, outlet and between units with electrode sections. All electrodes are similar in design. Odd electrodes are sealed only from body side walls. Odd and even electrode are displaced in height relative to each other. Gap between body bottom and lower edge of even electrodes is equal to height of protruding part of these electrodes above liquid level and distance between neighboring electrodes. Axes of inlet and outlet are found at the same level with upper edge of odd electrodes. Bottoms of a; electrode sections and hydroseals are furnished with pipelines and valving.
