FIELD: rolled tube production. SUBSTANCE: rolling stand of tube cold rolling mill includes supporting strips arranged inside housing moved by means of drive unit. Upper and lower toothed racks for pinions of grooved rolls are jointly secured to said supporting strips. Separator is in the form of double-side toothed racks engaging with drive pinions of rolling rolls and having lever-type reciprocation motion drive unit. Lever is connected by different-length tie rods with housing and separator. Adjustment radius of said lever is connected by calculated relation with radius of drive of said double-side toothed racks. Such stand may be mounted in housing of roller mill and it may operate with use of one or two pairs of rolls. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
