The base of rim 3 is made up as two thin-walled truncated cones 5 and 6. The smaller bases of the cones are welded to cylindric portion 4 of disk 1 and seating shelves 12 that points contrarily to the direction of the cones and are coupled with them. The hollow in the base of rim 3 is defined immediately by portion 4 of disk 1. Flanges 11 are secured at the periphery ends of the base of rim 3. Conical seating shelves 12 for setting sides of tires are made in block with flanges 11. The width of flanges 11 exceeds the width of cones 5 and 6 of the base of the rim by a factor of 2.0-2.5.
