FIELD: automotive industry; driving axles of cross-country automobiles. SUBSTANCE: axle is moved downwards-forward by loads related to vibration loads in vertical plane relative to support surface simultaneously with transmission of torque to wheels. Device designed for increasing cross-country capacity of vehicle has driving axle connected through spring suspension with vehicle chassis, hydraulic cylinder installed between sprung and unsprung portions, piping and axle displacement control system. Device has vibration source in hydraulic system connected by above indicated piping with hydraulic cylinder and control system. Hydraulic cylinder is made for two-way vibration displacement of rod under action of vibration source. Axis of rod is square to line connecting axis of fixed pin of front attachment of spring with point of intersection of hydraulic cylinder axial line with surface of spring.
