FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has engine thrust control lever 1 which is kinematically linked with guide 4 of control of engine 5. Swivel drive quadrant 6 mounted on bracket 7 is provided with profiled end surface 8 engageable with spring-loaded roller 9. Swivel drive quadrant 6 is rigidly connected with stop 15 made in form of U-shaped plate articulated on axle 16 of drive quadrant 6 for simultaneous turning and locking in extreme positions in hollows 17. At approaching the tanker-aeroplane, the co-pilot shifts lever 21 to the STOP SET position. In this case rod 10 sets quadrant 6 with stop 15 in the upper position and locks stop 15 in this position by means of spring-loaded roller 9 received by hollow 17. The required flying speed in refuelling is maintained by shifting lever 1 of control of thrust of engine 5 which cannot get beyond limits of this stop. Thus, engine cannot be set at maximum mode.
