FIELD: railway transport; signalling and interlocking devices; internal traffic control. SUBSTANCE: device has track circuit generators 3 and track section circuit receivers 7, 8 and block section border receivers 6, 9, train approach annunciator relay 10, relay 11 monitoring passage of train along track section, light signal danger light blocking relay line relay 14 and code-closing relay 15. Front contacts 6.1, 6.2 and 7.1, 7.2 of track section relays and block section border relays are placed in circuit of relay 10. These contacts refer to first half of block section in direction of train running whose rear contact 10.1 is placed in excitation circuit of relay 11 in series with parallel-connected rear contacts of track relays 8.1, 9.1 of track section circuits and block section circuits related to second half of block section in direction of train running.
