FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: both sides of the wheel-propeller are provided with front and rear supports that are interconnected through plates secured to the axles for securing the front and chain forks. The wheel-propeller operates in two conditions: under a load and without any load. In unloading condition the weight of the bicycle, without the wheels- propellers, can not compress the springs and is carried by the sleeves of the supports that transmit the weight to the axles through the plates. In this case there is no force for rotation of the wheel. When there is a bicyclist or/and a weight on the bicycle the spring is compressed and moves the rods in the rear supports until they abut against the stop and does not allow the plates with the axles to rotate. In the front supports the rods move up to a contact with the rings that are secured coaxially to the axles. The rods act on the rings that provides momentum for rotation the wheel-propeller. EFFECT: improved design. 14 dwg
