SUBSTANCE: invention relates automatic speed control with the help of centrifugal force of rolling loads with following assisting force connection from spinning wheel plug for operation of back speed switch. Centrifugal loads (12) are made as one pair of elements with ability of sliding along guide pins (13) of front wheel. At that loads (12) interrelate with each other through spinning-applied intermediate element (14), which is made with ability of free slide along the spoke (16), perpendicular spoke (13). Spinning-applied intermediate element (14) is made with ability of interrelation through the spin (15) with element of individual slaving (17), which is made with ability of forced moving along abovementioned spoke (16), perpendicular to guide pin (13) of centrifugal loads (12).

EFFECT: provision of ability of individual slaving of switching torque.
