FIELD: building materials production, production of spackling compounds used for alignment of woody and concrete surfaces. SUBSTANCE: proposed spackling compound comprises, mass %: drying oil, 8-10; animal glue 4.5-5.5; household soap, 0.15-0.3; crushed chalk, 10-40; slime precipitate of water-clarifying agent on the base of carbonates of alkaline-earth metals, 30-60; water, the balance. Drying time of proposed spackling compound is 15-16 h, cohesion strength within 24 h and 72 h is 0.14 MPa and 0.21 MPa respectively; compressive strength is up to 43.2 kgf/cm², its viability is up to 22 h, moisture content is 24-26 %.
