SUBSTANCE: proposed composition, mass %: waste of production of sulfuric acid on the base of elemental sulfur (as calculated for dry material), 56-66; sand, 9-21; slime precipitate of water clarifying agents on the base of carbonates (as calculated for dry material), 10-30; liquid waste of production of polystyrene on the base of styrene (as calculated for dry material), 3-5. Compressive strength of concrete is up to 71.0 MPa after 28 days. EFFECT: enlarged variety of raw materials being used, utilized waste. 1 tbl
