FIELD: spraying materials. SUBSTANCE: rotating spraying portion 4 is connected with an actuating facility through first working rod 22 and first rotating transmitting mechanism 14 which has first working members 37. Between fixed cylindrical portion 2 and rotating spraying portion 4 is rotating cylindrical portion 3 provided with beveled surface 27 at the bottom. The beveled surface faces inclined surface 26 of the rotating spraying portion and connected with the actuating facility through second working rod 33 and second rotating transmitting mechanism 15 provided with the second working member 39. The first and second rotating transmitting mechanisms provide different speed of rotation. First rotating transmitting mechanism 14 is coupled to first working rod 22 through the third rotating transmitting mechanism 29 having plate 19 that can change its position and connected with the first rotating transmitting mechanism for permitting rotation. The plate is provided with a number of openings along its outer edge, connecting plate 21 whose one end is secured to first working rod 22, and pin 20 whose one end is coupled with the other end of connecting plate 21. The other its end is received in one of the openings in plate 19. The device is provided with detecting member 41 for determining position of the first and second working members and changing the direction of rotation of the actuating facility when both of the working members are at a preliminary given position.
