FIELD: power plants of warplanes; engine and sight unit control. SUBSTANCE: revolving drum for introducing the data into on-board computer is locked in extreme positions and is slightly braked in intermediate working position, thus enhancing reliability of device. Handle is provided with sleeve mounted in passage of base 1. Sleeve is provided with spring-loaded pusher and locking ball 25, as well as with spring-loaded slider 27 having profiled surface engageable with end of pusher. Other end of pusher may be engageable with ball 25 fitted in bore of sleeve and supported by end surface of drum provided with profiled grooves corresponding to its extreme positions.
