SUBSTANCE: corrosion resistant high strength steel comprising carbon, silicium, manganese, chromium and ferrum additionally contains vanadium, germanium and chemical element which improves processing of steel. Steel comprises, mas. %: carbon, 0.25-0.35; silicium, 0.80-1.10; manganese, 0.40-0.60; chromium, 14.0-18.0; vanadium, 0.15-0.35, germanium, 0.60-1.50; chemical element which improved processing of steel, 0.01-0.02; ferrum, the balance.
