Output signals of amplifiers 4 go through summing element 5 for further processing to series network composed of two differentiating amplifiers 6 connected in parallel, sensitivity regulator 7, filters 8, 13, 16 and 19, integrating amplifiers 9, 10, 20 and 21 encompassed by feedback through automatic gain regulators 12, 23 and delay elements 11, 12, integrating amplifiers 14 and 17 encompassed by circuits 15 and 18 of negative feedback. After processing signal from output of last integrating amplifier 21 goes to inputs of threshold devices 24 and 25 which generate signal of presence of moving object in vision field of TV camera 1 through amplifier 26 if it falls beyond limits of sensitivity zone.
