FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, irrigated agriculture machines. SUBSTANCE: irrigation furrow cutter has frame with carrier wheels, hydraulic attachment mechanism and rotary drum mounted on frame by means of double-armed lever pivotally connected with frame. Rollers are secured to free arm of lever for rolling in curved channels made in side surfaces of carrier wheels. Channels are composed of two conjugated portions of circles of different diameters and adapted to cut furrows in soil. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
