FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves casting metal carcass, executing its mechanical treatment, producing special sublayer on its surface and applying porcelain coating with agglomeration following. The main sublayer is produced by applying gas phase diffused alloying carcass metal with zirconium and aluminum at the depth of 10-20 mcm. Additional zirconium dioxide sublayer of 2-5 mcm thickness is produced over the main one by means of thermal oxidizing of the main sublayer at 800-1100 C. EFFECT: enhanced strength of porcelain-to-carcass metal adhesion.
