FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has inductor embracing working chamber, united with control unit and is provided with an additional system of electric field emitters and a set of physiological transducers to be applied to an object under study. The inductor is made of three pairs of mutually orthogonal flat coils and the electric field emitters are made of three pairs of mutually orthogonal grids manufactured from insulated wire spanned over rigid frames placed in the internal cavity of induction coils. The control unit is composed of six electric and magnetic field signal power amplifiers connected with the output to the inductor and magnetic field emitters, respectively, and with the input to the programmed synthesizer of complex shape excitation signals connected to control output channel of computer, where program for making synthesis of signals which energy spectrum is focused in the area of human and animal biological rhythms in the frequency band width of 0-1000 Hz.
