FIELD: measurement engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used for inspection of stressed-deformed condition of water-deformed works, for example, dams of hydroelectric water-power stations, as well as for inspection of stressed-deformed condition of other installations, buildings and structures. Method is based upon introduction of operations of shape memorizing of transient process curve of vibrating wire transducer (VWT), upon selection of spectral analysis of modes of original oscillations of wire, upon excitation of VWT at its characteristic modes and upon achievement of acting force of VWT due to solving non-correlation relation. Device for realization of the method has VWT, commutation unit, video pulse oscillator, and registration device and oscillator control circuit. Registration device additionally has analog-to-digital converter. Control circuit is additionally equipped with radio pulse generator provided with frequency synthesizer.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement of strength of stressed-deformed condition.
