FIELD: lubricating fluids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purifying lubricating fluids useful in polishing machines containing large amounts of polishing sludge as well as in polishing operations required high-purity lubricating fluids. Installation containing settling tank, scraper conveyor, hydrocyclone battery, cooling tank, and pumps is provided with rotatory vacuum filter possessing adaptive rotation frequency control system and filter element regeneration mechanism. Control commands enter microprocessor from sensor of lubricating fluid level oscillation in tank, from sensor of filter element regeneration mechanism position, and from depression sensor installed on intake pipeline connected with internal cavity of drum vacuum filter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment. 2 cl, 2 dwg
