FIELD: flour-milling industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying air through oscillating sieve tiers defining winnowing section. Sieve tiers have discharge branch devices for receiving winnowed product from sieve and adjustable branch pipes for transfer of winnowed product to at least two collecting chutes. Method further involves cleaning and sucking used air through straightway pipeline; recycling air through supply channel to zone below sieve tiers. Air is sucked from at least two winnowing sections through separate aspiration system. Air is supplied through sieve tiers defining vibration system with supply channel and collecting bottom. Groats WINNOWED has several groats sieve tiers with air supply and discharge device, product feeding device, device for discharge of processed product from sieve, product collecting bottom positioned below sieve tiers and defining, together with air supply channel extending along its length, closed chamber for winnowed product. Adjustable working branch pipes for transfer of winnowed product to at least two collecting chutes are positioned below chamber for winnowed product. Sieve tiers with air supply channel and collecting bottom are connected to define vibration system. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and construction and improved quality of product. 15 cl, 6 dwg
