SUBSTANCE: proposed device has weighing and batching elements, behind which in the direction of flow of the product, is installed a soaking unit and a peeling machine. The peeling machine has a rotor and a stator with two sieve buckets, which surround the rotor, forming the processing area. The rotor is made from a roller with a hollow shaft. The roller has recesses around the shaft at equal distances from each other. The hollow shaft has an air outlet opening.
EFFECT: easier cleaning and preparing grains for grinding.
