FIELD: powder metallurgy, in particular, production of metal ceramics, catalysts, and sewage cleaning. SUBSTANCE: method involves charging iron-rich pellets into dispersion reactor; switching on pump for supplying 3-5 cub m of water into dispersion reactor; switching on generator for supplying pulses at voltage of 600 V and frequency of up to 1 kHz to electrodes to provide dispersion of pellets by spark discharges at rate of 6-7 kg/hour; switching on flow divider, when concentration of dispersed particles in circulation circuit reaches 7-10%, and separating suspension (60-100 l/hour); supplying suspension to settler, where dispersion product is settled; discharging pasty sediment from settler for further usage or reprocessing. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and improved quality of product. 3 dwg
