FIELD: preparation of finely-dispersed suspensions, emulsions and solutions in liquid-to-liquid systems in making fuels, coolants-and-lubricants, mechanical preparations, foodstuff, fertilizers, etc. SUBSTANCE: disperser contains housing and cover which form working chamber with liquid supply and discharge passages, rotor mounted in working chamber and connected with drive shaft; rotor is made in form of disc with closed and open acceleration passages located radially. Closed acceleration passages are located after liquid supply passage and are provided with cavitator made in the form of two engageable cavities whose section exceeds that of passage. Each cavity is provided with individual closed passage for discharge of liquid which is brought in communication with open acceleration passage through fixed additional cavitator secured on cover. Cavitator is made in the form of closed ring with radial holes for passage of liquid. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
