FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabrication of caprolactam-based "caprolone" parts manufactured by way of open or centrifugal casting and can find use in mechanical engineering and other areas. According to invention, before polymerization, caprolactam is supplemented with anhydrous filler dispersed to 0.01-500 mcm particle size. Filler contains disintegrated natural serpentinite and alloying additives with following proportion, wt.-%: crystalline caprolactam, 50-99; alloying additives, 1-50 and 0.01-5. In addition, during polymerization process, mixture is exposed to magnetic field from the side of working surfaces. When cooled, part is impregnated with water- repellent agent and heated in furnace at 150-200 C for 1.5-2 h. Filler is added to caprolactam melt simultaneously with addition of catalyst and activator. EFFECT: improved polymerization conditions. 5 cl
