FIELD: deflection of all-moving aerodynamic surfaces of flying vehicle. SUBSTANCE: in addition to control lever mounted in flying vehicle case, additional all-moving aerodynamic surface mounted on main all-moving aerodynamic surface in area of its trailing edge for rotation about axis parallel to axis of rotation of all-moving aerodynamic surface and mechanical linkage running from control actuator to additional all-moving z aerodynamic surface, control actuator is provided with spring and damper mounted in case of flying vehicle and mechanically connected with all-moving aerodynamic surface; at outlet from case of flying vehicle to additional all-moving aerodynamic surface mechanical linkage is laid along axis of rotation of all-moving aerodynamic surface. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
