Fin, wing panels and stabilizer panels are mounted for rotation around respective lateral axes of body-axis coordinate system of flying vehicle. Rim is additionally mounted on case rotation around longitudinal axis of body-axis coordinate system of flying vehicle; wing panel axles are fitted in this rim.
