FIELD: machine-tool industry. SUBSTANCE: tail spindle of the drilling head is rapidly fed when the magnets of hydraulic distributors 6, 10, and 13 are energized until tail spindle 2 interacts switch 17. A working feed then begins, during which fluid enters space A of hydraulic cylinder 4 only through flow regulator 9 and hydraulic distributor 10, whereas from space B fluid is displaced to a drain pipe line through throttle 15, controllable check valve 11, and delivery slide valve 12. When a signal to stop of tail spindle 2 is fed from time relay 14 the magnet of hydraulic distributor 13 is disconnected and valve 11 is closed. At this moment tail spindle 2 stops. As a result, chip is ground. During a working feed and when tail spindle 2 stops fluid is constantly supplied from the delivery pipe line to space A of hydraulic cylinder 4 through flow regulator 9 and two-position distributor 10. End switch 18 generates then a signal to rapid returning of tail spindle 2 to the initial position. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
