FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: electron-beam sterilizer has electron accelerator with system of transverse deflection of electron beam, auxiliary electromagnet which deflects electron beam at variable angle in direction in which sterilized articles move, vacuum sterilizing chamber, and transport system for moving sterilized articles. Transport system is provided with mechanism for turning over the articles. Transport system is positioned in sterilization chamber. EFFECT: provision for surface sterilization of surgical instruments and volumetric sterilization of small-mass medical articles directly at medical institutions. 4 dwg
