SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for sterilization of medical and/or surgical instruments and devices. Plasma peroxide steriliser comprises a housing with a sterilization chamber accommodating a heater, a plasma burning electrode connected to the high-frequency plasma generating means, and a densitometer for measuring and controlling concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor in a sterilization chamber which is connected to a vacuum pump through a vacuum line, and is also connected to a hydrogen peroxide generation unit and a high-frequency plasma generating means. At the same time the sterilization chamber is made with an upper flap tight cover and is installed in the body with possibility of interfacing with the upper open end of the body for vertical loading of sterilized items located in the baskets into the sterilization chamber of the sterilizer. Plasma arson electrode is made in the form of a mesh plate and is installed horizontally and strictly parallel to the bottom of the sterilization chamber between the lower basket bottom and the sterilization chamber bottom, to which the vacuum line is connected, the air supply line, the hydrogen peroxide supply line and the high-frequency plasma generating means.

EFFECT: invention ensures steriliser ergonomics enhancement due to vertical loading of sterilized articles into the sterilization chamber with simultaneous reduction of its dimensions and sterilization quality improvement.
