FIELD: hygienic articles. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting hairs at location adjacent to skin surface in plane lower than hair and skin surface intersection plane. Prior to cutting off hairs with bulb and root, hairs are shifted aside at local zone to skin surface by applying directed positive gradient pressure force in underskin layer to hair bulbs and roots and retained in such position at the moment of cutting. Portion of skin surface adjacent to zone of contact with blade and in front of it is localized from outer pressure and vacuum of 3-300 mm of water column is created and regulated depending on hair and skin properties. Pressure is maintained at predetermined value in the process of displacement of blade. Upon cutting of hairs pressure balance is recovered by leveling pressure on shaven portion of skin surface and in underskin layer to relieve action of force. As a result bulb and hair tend to restore their natural position, at which hair cut is withdrawn under skin surface. Safety razor is formed as holder with single or multiple edge blade and cavity with through openings communicated with holder and handle. Holder is made from resilient readily deformed material and has closed contour embracing surface, which may be brought in contact with skin. Closed contour of holder is projecting above holder surface. Handle has vacuumizing device with locking-controlling valve communicated with vacuumizing source and engageable with holder surface within closed contour through channel in holder.
