FIELD: lighting engineering; chemical light sources. SUBSTANCE: chemical light source consists of transparent polyethylene housing filled with one of reagents of chemiluminescent solution. Glass vial filled with reagent of other solution is placed inside it. Chemical light source may operate under excessive surrounding pressure because housing and vial are provided with compensators relieving effect of outside pressure on their walls.
