SUBSTANCE: the device uses one or more lenses placed without overlapping by each other so that their external contour corresponds to the contour of the preset pattern, and a reflecting layer applied either onto the back surface of each lens, or located behind it at a distance providing for creation of pattern of the respective lens over its face surface. At least one lens may be made of color-carrying transparent material or/and have a focus differing from the focus of the other lenses, or may have a varying focus; the reflecting layer may be positioned for movement from the back surface at least of one lens in the vertical plane. The lenses may be made as Fresnel lenses, in this case a profiled surface may be used as the back surface, the external contour at least of one of them may have the contour of the preset pattern, and it may be positioned for movement relative to the other Fresnel lenses, in the vertical plane. At least one of the Fresnel lenses may be made at least of two sections in the form of elements of the present pattern, installed for movement relative to each other; at least part of the layer reflecting surface corresponding at least to one section, at least to one element of the preset pattern or at least to one Fresnel lens may have a color differing from the color of the rest surface of the reflecting layer, or at least from the color of the Fresnel lens, whose color of the part of the reflecting surface is changed; at least part of the face surface at least of one Fresnel lens may have a color - carrying transparent coating with a color differing from the color of the material of the respective Fresnel lens.
