FIELD: electrical engineering; switches requiring heavy contact pressure. SUBSTANCE: hold-down assembly of switch is built around three plates mounting guide bushings secured thereon by means of pins with spring compressed between them. Middle plate is screwed to movable contact. Power section is of reduced size: distance between turning lever and movable contact support is smaller by 80 to 150 mm. EFFECT: improved contact pressure requiring no in-service adjustment; high accuracy of setting contact travel and simultaneity of closure of different poles, reduced size. 2 dwg
