SUBSTANCE: vacuum circuit breaker has at least one arc-control chamber, operating mechanism, insulating control rod, and hold-down mechanism that has plug with longitudinal slot to receive bushing; the latter is connected to plug through pin passed through longitudinal slot of plug and hold-down spring and locked in position by means of washer. Pin is also locked in position by means of this washer; bushing has projection supporting mentioned washer. EFFECT: improved reliability and simplified design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
