Abstract RU 2091986 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: the high-temperature heating element uses a steel base, whose lower side accommodates a layer of electrical insulating enamel, thick-film resistive track, external electrical and heat insulating layer. The electrical insulating layer is made of heat-compensating material and applied over the thick-film resistive track, and the external layer is made of heat-insulating and hydrophobic composite material. The external layer is at least twice thicker than the previous one. Electrical insulating enamel for the high-temperature heating element is based on glass frit containing additions of quartz, barium, titanium, cupric and aluminium oxides, in addition it contains silicone liquid, terpineol, titanium oxide and liquid petrolatum. The electrical insulating layer is made of heat-compensating material based on silicone resin in an organic solvent and contains silicone binders, solvent and solid inorganic fillers. Terpineol is used as solvent, and talc and aluminium oxide are used as solid inorganic fillers. The external heat-insulating and hydrophobic layer for the high-temperature heating element is made on an organosilicate base. In addition it contains a derivative of monobasic unsaturated methacrylic acid, glycidyl methacrylate, ethylsilicate and hexamethylenediaminemethyl triethaxylan. The steel base is degreased. After that electrical insulating enamel, thick-film resistive track, external electrical and heat-insulating layer are applied onto the bottom side. Then all layers are subjected to calcination. The external layer is at least twice thicker than the previous one. EFFECT: improved technical characteristics of domestic electric heater. 5 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl
