SUBSTANCE: introduced in cooled pasteurized whole milk or fat-free milk or cream is 80-% water solution of superoxidedismutase in amount of 0.005-0.012% and sour containing Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus cremoris, Streptococcus diacetilactis and Bifibacterium bifidum in ratio 1:2:3:5, respectively. Then mixture is soured, 10-20% of puree, prepared from fruit powders, is introduced in it, and mixture is cooled and filled. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 tbl
