FIELD: equipment for preparing foods in home conditions. SUBSTANCE: machine has housing, drive with output shaft, food bowl, removable cover with charging funnel, drive disk with detachable knives 8 and retaining device. Knife retaining device has removable cap 10 with two section projections 11. Drive disk has two dead section slots 13. Cap projections are engageable with slots 13. Knives 8 are fixed at other side by thrusts 9 of drive disk. Cap 10 has position retainers and disk is provided with stops engageable with position retainers.
