FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: polymer solution in closed space is heated to a temperature not exceeding 160 C and solid phase is separated when dispersing solution at pressure falling from initial value to atmosphere pressure. Initial pressure value is determined from formula Pin = where Pin,Pa are initial and atmospheric pressures, kPa; xi weight concentration of i-th solution component, kg/kg; μi molecular weight of i-th component; T temperature of solution; and Ai, Bi empirical coefficients in Antoine equation. Polymer particles are then dried and secondary vapors are recovered. Polymer particles' drying is carried out with transferring recovered vapors into final treatment stage in overheated steam medium at 140-150 C. EFFECT: optimized process parameters. 1 dwg
