SUBSTANCE: device has housing, hollow base, support legs, label carrying brackets, trays and capsules. Housing is assembled of identical members. Housing members are made in form of parallelepiped with pair of orthogonally directed cylindrical tenons arranged on narrow faces of housing and cylindrical slots. Cylindrical hole with flanged edge is made on wider face of parallelepiped. Assembly members are used to form housings in form of prisms with bases as triangles, squares, pentagons and hexagons.
