FIELD: nature conservation. SUBSTANCE: air enters casing which is cylinder divided into equal- volume sectors. Lower part of sectors is gradually transformed into cone with its end as curved connecting pipe with valve. Each sector is connected with air collector whence main part of air duct begins and is farther transformed into bottom part of air ducts provided with atomizers and gauze caps. Upper cover of casing supports wind rotor connected with electric generator through drive. Generator supplies power to ionization and electric heating units. Ionized air is aspirated from ionization unit by agency of air cavitators. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of aeration. 3 dwg
