SUBSTANCE: apparatus has settling tanks connected with pipelines for feeding initial water and discharging cleaned water; anodes in the form of current-conducting wire bundles disposed within water-feed pipelines; cathodes in the form of current-conducting wire fringe loosely hung in settling tanks; air ionization unit and aerators linked through pipes; and pump connected to impurity discharge branch pipe. Anodes and cathodes are connected to power source through rheostat and switch. Aerators are made in the form of discs with central openings and netted sprinkler and are installed within pipelines for discharging cleaned water. EFFECT: improved structure. 2 dwg
