FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has piston 21 for needles Li arranged in stack LS. Piston 21 is adapted for separating forward needle L11 from stack and preparing it for drawing-in of warp. During working stroke of piston 21 needle L11 is transported from needle stack LS to zero position ZP. Pusher 24 transfers separated needle L11 with its sharpened rod 25 to drawing-in position. All types of needles may be separated and transferred from stack without special preparing operation.
