FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: method deals with measuring viscoelastic properties of MUCOUS gel in stomach before and after incubation for 60 min at 37 C with 5%-unithol solution that destroys internal disulphide bonds of mucous glycoproteins. At 30% decrease of elasticity limit and/or efficient viscosity a normal state is determined, at higher decrease of these factors the defect of internal gel structure is stated on.
