SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely gastroenterology, and can be used for endoscopic treatment of erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach and duodenum. To do this, in addition to anti-ulcer therapy, Algistab is prescribed in powder form. The drug is applied using an endoscopic insufflator from a distance of 2.0 cm from the ulcerative defect. The volume of the drug is selected in accordance with the size of the ulcerative defect: at a size of 0.5 cm or less, 0.1 g of the drug is used, at a size of 0,6-1,0 – 2,0 g of the drug, with the size 1,1-1,5 – 0,3 g of the drug, with the size 1,6-2,0 – 0,4 g of the drug, with the size of 2.1 or more – 0.5 g of the drug Algistab.
EFFECT: invention provides full-fledged reparative regeneration with an accelerated healing process of the defect, prevents possible complications, shortens the duration of treatment, reduces the frequency of recurrence of the disease due to cytoprotective protection of erosive and ulcerative defects of this drug from the effects of ulcerogenic factors.
