FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: processor is essentially amplifier with time-varying formation of signals of semiconductor detectors of ionizing radiations. In contrast to other similar devices, processor has the following properties: signal formation time is set automatically to interval between every given and subsequent pulses of detection unit to prevent superposition of formed signals. It does not introduced noise depending on calculation speed into spectrometer and can be connected to any standard detection unit. It suppresses ballistic deficit and has higher temperature and durable stability of transmission factor. EFFECT: more effective processing of signals. 4 dwg
