FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of timing comparator, time-to-amplitude converter, amplitude discriminator. In addition device has serial circuit of zero comparator, closed linear gate and generator of threshold pulses. Signal inputs of timing and zero comparators are connected to each other and analog input of timing unit. Output of zero comparator is connected to control input of linear gate, which analog input serves as input of threshold voltage which is equal to noise amplitude. Output of linear gate serves as input of threshold pulse generator which output is connected to threshold input of timing comparator. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 5 dwg
