FIELD: microwave engineering; suppression of microwave signals induced by power supply lines incorporated in shielded units or chambers. SUBSTANCE: line filter has casing, current ducts, thin insulating baffle metal-covered on both sides. Slits are made in metal coats on either side of baffle around current ducts in the form of elongated ellipses space 90 deg. apart. Vector of noise signal electric field is reflected from baffle and induces currents in conductors reverse to noise currents. So, filter passes DC current and low-frequency current and does not pass microwave currents. Baffle slits function as insulators in low-frequency band; polarization isolation by relative turning of slits prevents microwave field penetration by re-emitting through slits. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
